Filters & Evaporator
Filters removed, cleaned and inspected; indoor heat exchanger checked according to the selected service package.

Professional Cleaning
Coil, internal surfaces and applicable components cleaned to the selected service standard — this is where Performance goes significantly further than a filter clean.

Condensate System
Drain check, flush and condensate flow tested as applicable.

Outdoor Unit
Outdoor coil, fins, fan and cabinet inspected and cleaned as required.

Performance Testing
Cool, heat, fan, dehumidify and timer modes tested; airflow and temperature performance checked; smart controls reconnected before completion.

Essential covers routine health checks, filter cleaning and inspection. Performance adds deeper evaporator cleaning, condensate tray and drain-line attention, a more thorough outdoor clean, before/after photographs and a detailed digital report.
Deep Clean is a specialist service for systems with visible contamination, odours or a long gap since the last service. It includes a protective wash-bag process, intensive evaporator and blower cleaning, drain pan and drain-line attention, and outdoor condenser cleaning.
